The hotel is ideally located, just a two-minute walk from local attractions. While the photos on the website didn’t reflect the reality, the essentials were there - a small safe, TV, and refrigerator, which catered to our needs. Family-friendly amenities are ample; our kids enjoyed the playground and the nearby Paseo Kuka Beach Path was perfect for family strolls. We even made a trip to explore the Holbox Ferry, which was a great way to experience the local scenery. Upon arrival, our first room's shower wasn’t functioning, but the staff promptly moved us to a new room where the shower was delightful. AC worked well, which was essential during our stay. Mayab offers good value for families looking for a convenient base to explore while enjoying some quality time together. I wouldn’t say it’s perfect, but it served its purpose for us.
